صلاحية عرض السعر: عرض السعر صالح لمدة 15 يومًا من تاريخ إصداره، ما لم يتم تحديد مدة مختلفة في العرض. بعد انتهاء هذه المدة، يحق لنا مراجعة الأسعار في حال تغير أسعار المواد أو قطع الغيار.

الموافقة وبدء العمل: موافقة العميل على عرض السعر تعني موافقته على الأعمال والمواد والأسعار الموضحة فيه، وتعتبر إذنًا لنا ببدء العمل. إذا ظهرت أثناء الفك أو الصيانة أو الإصلاح حاجة إلى أعمال أو قطع إضافية غير مدرجة في عرض السعر، يتم إبلاغ العميل بالتكلفة والحصول على موافقته قبل تنفيذها.

الدفعة المقدمة والسداد: قد نطلب دفعة مقدمة قبل شراء المواد أو قطع الغيار أو بدء أعمال التصنيع حسب الطلب. ويتم سداد المبلغ المتبقي وفق شروط الدفع الموضحة في عرض السعر أو الفاتورة.

القطع والمواد التي يوفرها العميل: إذا قام العميل بتوفير قطع أو مواد لاستخدامها في العمل، فلا نتحمل مسؤولية جودتها أو العيوب الموجودة فيها أو مدى ملاءمتها للاستخدام المطلوب. وتقتصر مسؤوليتنا على جودة أعمال التركيب أو التصنيع التي قمنا بتنفيذها

ضمان جودة العمل: نضمن جودة الأعمال التي نقوم بتنفيذها وفق نطاق العمل المتفق عليه. ولا يشمل ذلك الأعطال أو الأضرار الناتجة عن سوء الاستخدام، أو الحمولة الزائدة، أو الحوادث، أو الصدأ والتآكل، أو الاستهلاك الطبيعي، أو التعديلات والإصلاحات اللاحقة التي يقوم بها طرف آخر، وذلك دون الإخلال بحقوق العميل المقررة بموجب القانون.

العيوب والأضرار السابقة أو المخفية: قد تكشف أعمال الصيانة أو الإصلاح عن عيوب أو أضرار سابقة لم تكن ظاهرة عند المعاينة الأولية، مثل الصدأ الداخلي، أو ضعف الحديد، أو التشققات، أو آثار إصلاحات سابقة. لا نتحمل مسؤولية العيوب أو الأضرار السابقة أو المخفية التي لم يكن من الممكن اكتشافها بشكل معقول قبل بدء العمل. وإذا تم اكتشافها أثناء التنفيذ وكانت تتطلب أعمالًا إضافية، يتم إبلاغ العميل والحصول على موافقته قبل تنفيذها.

مدة إنجاز العمل: موعد الإنجاز هو موعد تقديري، وقد يتغير بسبب تأخر توفر المواد أو قطع الغيار، أو اكتشاف أعمال إضافية أثناء التنفيذ، أو طلب العميل تعديلات إضافية، أو ظروف خارجة عن سيطرتنا المعقولة. وسيتم إبلاغ العميل في حال حدوث تغيير جوهري في موعد الإنجاز المتوقع.

الأنظمة والقوانين: تخضع جميع المعاملات لأنظمة وقوانين سلطنة عُمان

، ولا تهدف هذه الشروط إلى إلغاء أو تقييد أي حقوق إلزامية مقررة للعميل بموجب القوانين والأنظمة المعمول بها في سلطنة عُمان.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Quotation Validity: The quotation is valid for 15 days from the date of issue unless a different validity period is stated. We reserve the right to review prices after this period if material or spare-part costs change.
Approval and Commencement of Work: Approval of the quotation confirms the customer's acceptance of the work, materials, and prices stated and authorizes us to commence the work. If additional work or parts not included in the quotation are found to be necessary during dismantling, maintenance, or repair, we will inform the customer of the additional cost and obtain approval before proceeding.
Advance Payment and Payment Terms: We may require an advance payment before purchasing materials or spare parts or commencing custom fabrication. The remaining balance shall be paid according to the payment terms stated in the quotation or invoice.
Customer-Supplied Parts and Materials: Where the customer supplies parts or materials, we are not responsible for their quality, existing defects, or suitability for the intended use. Our responsibility is limited to the quality of the installation or fabrication work we perform.
Workmanship: We warrant the quality of our artistry within the agreed scope of work. This does not cover damage or failure resulting from misuse, overloading, accidents, rust or corrosion, normal wear and tear, or subsequent modifications or repairs performed by another party, without prejudice to the customer's statutory rights.
Pre-existing or Hidden Defects: Maintenance and repair work may reveal pre-existing or hidden defects that were not visible during the initial inspection, including internal corrosion, weakened steel, cracks, or previous repairs. We are not responsible for pre-existing or hidden defects that could not reasonably have been identified before work commenced. If such defects are discovered and additional work is required, we will inform the customer and obtain approval before carrying out the additional work.
Completion Time: Completion dates are estimates and may change due to material or spare-part availability, additional work discovered during the job, customer-requested modifications, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will inform the customer of any significant change to the expected completion date.
Applicable Law: All transactions are governed by the laws and regulations of the Sultanate of Oman. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or restrict any mandatory rights available to the customer under applicable Omani law.
